- Details you enter in our security request, job application, guarantor and staff report forms. Job applications and guarantor forms include personal details such as date and place of birth, state of origin, address, next of kin, National Identity Number (NIN), a passport photograph and copies of a NIN slip or ID card and a utility bill. Submitted forms are saved to our company records and our team is notified by email and WhatsApp alert.
- Messages you send on WhatsApp, including your name, number and anything you tell us about your requirements.
- Details you share in phone calls or by email.
- Job applications, including any CV you send us.
- With your consent, anonymous analytics about how the website is used, such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the security services you request.
- To assess employment applications, including verifying identity, references and guarantors.
- To improve the website, where you have accepted analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal information. Given the nature of our work, every enquiry is handled in confidence.
Sharing
We share information only with providers that help us run our business, acting on our instructions, or where the law requires it. Form submissions pass through our hosting provider, Vercel, and are stored in our company Google account (answers in Google Sheets, uploaded documents in Google Drive, with a Gmail notification to our team). Access is limited to our staff. WhatsApp alerts to our team are delivered through CallMeBot. Messages sent on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain our working relationship, then delete it.
Your rights
